Are your products genuine?
All of our products are 100 percent genuine and fully packaged, as you would find them in the high street.

How do I pay?
You can pay online or by phone on 08715081265 using your debit or credit card.

What about P&P?
There is a £3.95 delivery charge per item within the UK. This service allows for a First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Only. This prevents any lost shipments and ensures your expectations are met at all times.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally dispatched by first class mail within one working day of the order date and the majority of orders are delivered in 4 working days. Please allow up to ten working days for delivery to the UK in the most extreme cases.

What is your returns policy?
All products purchased through this website are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

Do you ever run out of popular product lines?
Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order, or to select another item. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock please email info@mad4fragrance.com with the product details.

What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order after 10 working days since dispatch please initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel, and then if they do not have it please contact us via info@mad4fragrance.com and we will take further action.

What is typical shelf life of a fragrance?
The shelf life of a fragrance is typically 3-5 years. To extend the life of a fragrance try to keep the product out of the sunlight in a dry and cool area. The best advice is to place your fragrances back into their original boxes when they are not in use.
